San Antonio, Texas, it’s cold and slightly wet outside and asking for a miracle of snow watching the temperature changes and more, but around 9 pm, we noticed what looked like shaved ice coming down, seemed to be something more. Photos were sent in to us from a young couple enjoying the moments in Uvalde, Texas with their new found friend.
