San Antonio, Texas, it’s cold and slightly wet outside and asking for a miracle of snow watching the temperature changes and more, but around 9 pm, we noticed what looked like shaved ice coming down, seemed to be something more. After about an hour later, snow began to fall and the wind chill factor was noticeable.

“It’s so cold out here,” stated one resident at an apartment complex, and with temperatures at 18 degrees, it didn’t stop the children and other families playing in the snow, with smiles and laughter, a snow day for San Antonio turned out to to be a holiday for most.
